Our 4x4 Retail Sales Assistants are skilled in:
- Promoting and presenting products and services
- Understanding 4x4 products and of workshop operations
- Booking workshop jobs, time and parts allocation; knowledge of installation times
- Keeping abreast of new products and services
- Accurately processing internal administrative tasks
- Customer relations
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate:
- A strong customer service background
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport, be courteous and approachable
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with sound computer literacy
- A positive energy and willingness to learn.
Ideally you would be proficient in fitting accessories such as UHF, Towbars and roof racks, however this is not a requirement.
The hours for this position are 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and approximately 2 Saturdays per month from 9:00am-12:00pm.
